1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing AdmirMe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including creators (those who upload and monetise content) and consumers (those who subscribe to or purchase content).

2. Age Requirement & Adult Content

You must be 18 years of age or older to use AdmirMe. By creating an account you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You understand and consent to viewing adult-oriented content.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such content is prohibited.
• You are not acting on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your account.

AdmirMe reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently terminated and any payments refunded where required by law.

3. Creator Responsibilities

If you register as a creator and upload content, you agree that:

• All content you upload is legal in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdiction of your audience.
• All individuals depicted in your content are 18 years of age or older and have provided informed, voluntary consent to appear.
• You hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions for content you upload.
• You will not upload content that depicts minors, non-consensual acts, violence, or illegal activity of any kind.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish and any consequences arising from it.
• Your subscription pricing and content descriptions are accurate and not misleading.

AdmirMe operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal content. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Consumer Responsibilities

As a consumer using AdmirMe, you agree that:

• You will not share, redistribute, copy, screenshot, or re-upload any creator content without explicit written permission from the creator.
• You will not attempt to circumvent watermarks or content protection measures.
• Subscriptions and individual content purchases are for your personal use only.
• All purchases are subject to the creator's content delivery and the Platform's refund policy.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. AdmirMe does not store your full card details.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Individual content purchases are non-refundable once the content has been accessed, unless the content was materially misrepresented.
• Refund requests should be submitted to support within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content uploaded by creators remains the intellectual property of the creator. AdmirMe is granted a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute content to subscribers and purchasers in accordance with these Terms.

The AdmirMe name, logo, and platform design are the property of AdmirMe and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or creators.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Engage in chargebacks fraudulently.

8. Account Termination

AdmirMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. AdmirMe does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdmirMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes where reasonably practicable.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
